Meet Seve

I’ve spent the last 13 years immersed in the wellness world—and to be honest, it’s more than a little messy.

I’ve worked with athletes, performers, creatives, and everyday people from all walks of life. And across the board, I’ve found a common thread: pain, disconnection, and burnout are often the result of an excessive approach to life. Whether it’s overtraining, stagnation, rigid thinking around food, or chasing perfection through trends, the result is the same—imbalance.

What we all want is simple: to feel vital and at peace in our bodies every day.

But the way we’ve been taught to get there? Fragmented. Dogmatic. Depleting.

We separate fitness into one corner, mental health into another, and tuck spirituality away as a side project—then wonder why it’s not working. We’re told to push harder, eat cleaner, optimize endlessly… and somewhere in the noise, we stop listening to our bodies. We lose the felt experience.

I got tired of being the clean-up guy for broken wellness systems. So I created something different.

Regenerative wellness

Inspired by regenerative farming—where soil is healed through cyclical, life-giving practices—I developed a philosophy called Regenerative Wellness.

It’s about breathing life back into the whole self.
It’s movement, breath, and connection.

It’s spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical—all woven together into a single, sustainable rhythm.

And here’s the truth most programs won’t tell you: this work has to be led by you. No one-size-fits-all solution. No more outsourcing your intuition. You’ll find your rhythm. I’ll help you listen for it—and fan the flame.

A Wider Circle

My work doesn’t stop at wellness. It extends into the ceremonial.
I help guide individuals through breakthrough experiences, including plant medicine journeys and integration work at spaces like Nierika in Mexico.

I’ve stood with veterans in Montana as they reconnect with the sacredness of life after trauma. And I continue to hold space for people crossing thresholds—whether through grief, transformation, or spiritual awakening.

At the heart of it all is one throughline: the return to wholeness.

Not perfection.

Not performance.

But the deeper truth of who you are—beneath the noise, and before the story.

Balancing the Masculine and Feminine

Over the years, I’ve come to understand that vitality doesn’t come from force—it comes from harmony. That means balancing the disciplined, directional energy of the masculine with the receptive, intuitive energy of the feminine.

Wrken was born from this union. It honors structure and flow, action and rest, effort and surrender.

When we stop favoring one over the other, we begin to feel whole—not just in the body, but in our way of being.

The Work

I’ve trained across multiple disciplines—CHEK Institute, Institute of Motion, Precision Nutrition, Animal Flow, Equinox, and more.

I’ve studied with hip-hop dancers, somatic therapists, spiritual teachers, and biomechanical masters. But more than any title, what’s shaped me most is my devotion to being a student of life.

I work with people who are ready to drop the performance and come into presence. To explore their story through movement. To reconnect to themselves through breath. To live from a place that’s grounded, alive, and touched.

This isn’t about chasing perfection. This is about practicing wholeness.

Let’s create a new way—together.
