My story
I’ve worked with elite athletes, creatives, and everyday seekers. No matter the background, the desire is the same: to feel vital, clear, and connected.
After years in the fitness and wellness industry—certified, credentialed, and coached up—I saw how much of it was rooted in control, excess, and fragmentation. The masculine drive to break down and rebuild left too many people burnt out and disconnected.
So I created a new way. One that honors the intelligence of the body, the breath, the spirit. One that integrates structure with softness. This is Wrken.
